Important Instructions

STEP 1: REGISTRATION FOR CII 4R AWARDS

• Applicant needs to first Register to apply for the below mentioned categories of CII 4R Awards.

STEP 2: SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM (S)

• Registered applicant can now select the application form from below mentioned categories, sub-categories (if any) and proceed to fill it online.
• In case of Excellence in Innovative Solutions for waste management (Academic & Research Institutes / Labs) the applicant can download the application and send the dully filled in applications at chair.4Rawards@cii.in; Nabanita.mukherjee@cii.in; gargi.sharma@cii.in
• Applicant can save his/her entered information by clicking SAVE AS DRAFT button given at the bottom of the application form.
• To log-in to his/her application, click at SIGN IN button, given on the top menu bar of the website.
• Applicant can apply for multiple categories using the same User Account i.e. email ID and password by clicking at SIGN IN button.
• Updating / editing / deleting the application information is possible multiple times till the final submission not after that.
• Once the application is submitted, applicant is directed to the payment information page. The payment can be made online while submitting the form or RTGS/NEFT or by Cheque. The payment will be duly acknowledged on its receipt.

STEP 3: PARTICIPATION FEE

• The payment towards participation fees (depending upon the scale - large, MSMEs and Start-ups etc.) has to be made within the last date of entry.
• Applicant has to select the scale (large, MSMEs etc.) and fee Category carefully. CII reserves a right to disqualify the application form (s) in case of discrepancy in scaleand fee Category.
• Applicant can apply for more than one category and sub-category.
• In case the applicant applies for multiple categories or sub-categories, payment has to be made for application form for each category or each sub-category.
• The application will not be considered for evaluation without the payment of fees.

The participation fee is as below :

1. Applicant has to select the scale and fee category (large, MSMEs etc.) carefully while making the payment. CII reserves a right to disqualify the application form (s) in case of discrepancy in scale and fee category
2. * Includes the cost of initial stage of evaluation by experts of appraisal committee; cost of jury; CII 4R Awards Book, travel cost, honorarium for expert appraisal committee, accommodation, certificates, Trophies, Jury meeting, Award ceremony, participation certificate to participants etc.

Start-ups incorporated or registered in India with following criteria**:

1. Up to a period of 10 years from the date of incorporation / registration.
2. Annual turnover not exceeding Rs 25 crore in any preceding financial year, and
3. If it works towards innovation, development or improvement of products or processes or services, or if it's a scalable business model with a high potential of employment generation or wealth creation
4. Start-ups which are offering innovative solutions for sustainable waste management.

Mode of Payment

The payment can be made online while submitting the form or via RTGS/ NEFT or via cheque or CII online payment link. The payment will be duly acknowledged on its receipt
